Do I have to create an account?
No, but some of the benefits of creating a free account with High Gloss Fashion are:
  • Ability to save billing/shipping information for faster and more convenient future checkout.
  • Ability to track orders online.
  • Ability to add and save items to a Wish List for future shopping and sharing.
  • Ability to request and process returns.

How do I update My Account?
Login to My Account from any page and select Your Account Details. This will take you to a screen that will allow you to edit information such as your email address, phone number, and password.

What if I forgot my login password?
Select the Forgot Password link on the My Account Sign In screen and an email with reset instructions will be sent to your registered email account shortly.

How do I unsubscribe from promotional email?
You can update your email preferences or opt out of future promotional emails by clicking the Preferences and Unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email.

How do I deactivate my account?
Send us an email with "Deactivate Account" in the subject line and we will confirm that your account has been deactivated shortly.


How can I place an order?
You can place an order online by adding items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart and following the instructions on the Checkout page.

Does High Gloss accept international orders?
We ship to a number of international destinations including Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. You can view the full list outlined below in our shipping section.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into My Account and viewing your Order Status. If you did not create an account during checkout you can track your order via the shipment email sent to when the order is shipped out.

Can I cancel my order?
Because we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, we do not accept cancellations.

What forms of payment does High Gloss accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Additionally, store credits and gift cards can be applied towards your purchase. Note: Store credits and gift cards expire 6 months from issuance.

Is there sales tax on my order?
Sales tax of 6.0% is applied to orders made in Kentucky only.

How do I know if my order was accepted?
Once an order has been placed and accepted online you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout as well as be taken to a confirmation web page.

When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.


What is the Pre-Order Policy?
Pre-order items are not eligible for coupon codes. We will charge your credit card for the full amount when the order is placed. Cancellations on pre-order items will be honored with store credit only. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. Delivery dates are estimates and can't be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers.

Methods & Delivery Time
Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS based on your selection during checkout. Standard non-expedited domestic orders typically arrive in 2-5 post office days. International orders shipped via USPS First Class International can take up to 30 days to arrive and is not a time guaranteed method. We recommend upgrading to USPS Priority International for the most timely and reliable method. However, all First Class Mail International packages are insured for the full value of the contents including any shipping costs.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE ground shipping on orders of $125 or more in the contiguous US. If your order qualifies, you can choose the Free Shipping method during checkout. Orders taking advantage of free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class Mail (FCM) or USPS Priority based on delivery location and weight of package. Packages are typically delivered in 5-7 days from the shipment date.

Standard Shipping
All other standard orders in the United States can take advantage of $6.00 Flat Rate Shipping*. Standard shipping orders are sent via USPS Priority and typically arrive within 2-3 days to destinations within the continental United States but can take up to 10 days and is not a shipping method that guarantees a delivery date.

Expedited Shipping
We offer our customers the option to choose from a variety of expedited UPS shipping methods including 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight. UPS rates are calculated during checkout based on method, shipping destination, and weight of package. Expedited shipping orders confirmed before 12pm CST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and address verification. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday are processed the following Monday (excluding Holidays). Note: Expedited shipping orders with different billing and shipping addresses will require a signature for delivery.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm CST (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) are usually processed and shipped out the same day, but can take up to 2 business days depending on credit card authorization and address verification. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday are processed the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

Refused Packages
Packages that are refused or undeliverable will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping. Shipping charges apply even if original shipment was waived a shipping fee under a free shipping promotion. The customer will also be responsible for any additional fees incured such as customs, taxes and duties. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Standard international orders are shipped via insured USPS First Class Mail International, which is the most cost-friendly method available. Prices are calculated during checkout based on weight of package and destination. We currently ship to the following countries:

Taxes & Duties
All customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsiblity of the customer. If applicable, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees before the shipping carrier releases the package. Any package returned to us because of refusal to pay fees will be treated as a refused package and will be subject to all fees stated above.


Return Policy
  • Merchandise must be received within 14 days of original shipment date.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached.
  • Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke and/or perfume stains will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Footwear must include the original box, undamaged, without postage labels.
  • Merchandise marked down 30% or more (including coupon codes) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Size exchanges will be honored based on availability at your shipping expense.
  • Jewelry, gift certificates, hosiery, intimates, sunglasses, and swimwear are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping fees on returned merchandise are non refundable.
  • In the event you receive the wrong item or damaged merchandise, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
  • Store credits expire 6 months from issuance.

How to Process a Return
If your return meets the criteria above, then follow the steps below to request and process a return.
  • Login to your High Gloss Fashion account from the Sign In link on our site.
  • View the order details that contain the merchandise you want to return and select Return Item(s) from the left side menu.
  • Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. Please note, returns without an approval will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • If a pre-paid return label is requested, print off the return label we provide to you via email and affix to your return package.
  • Send back your approved returns to the address below.

Customers in the contiguous US can request a pre-paid return label to be emailed to them for a flat rate of $6, which is subtracted from your refund amount or billed to your credit card. Note: High Gloss Fashion return labels expire 10 days after issuance. Packages using our return labels must be scanned into the applicable shipping carrier's system within 10 days of issuance to be valid.

You may also send your return without a pre-paid label via any other shipping carrier at your expense. We recommend you get a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

How to Process an Exchange
In order to provide our customers with the fastest and most convenient exchange experience, we ask that you follow the steps below to request and process an exchange.
  • Place a new order for the desired size/color online.
  • Then process a Return Request for the original merchandise and select Exchange under Return Action.(see instructions above)
  • We will then email you a pre-paid return label to use to return the original merchandise. Note: return labels are only emailed after a new exchange order is placed and you must choose the Exchange return action in order to receive a pre-paid return label. Size/color exchanges being honored on merchandise marked down 30% or more do not qualify for pre-paid return labels.
  • Once we receive your return, a refund for the original merchandise will be issued.

Processing Time
Once we receive your exchange, a refund for the original merchandise will be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Notification of the refund will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

Does High Gloss sell Gift Certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount between $20.00 and $1,000.00 and is sent as an e-certificate to any email address you provide. Note: Store credits and gift cards expire 6 months from issuance.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Certificate?
Check your gift certificate balance by clicking Gift Certificates at the top of the page and following the Check Remaining Balance link in the left side navigation. Enter the gift certificate number and click Check Balance for an up to-date balance.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
On the Checkout page you will be able to select Gift Certificate as a form of payment. Enter the Gift Certificate number. The full balance will be applied to the order total.

If the Gift Certificate balance is less than the order total, you will be prompted to enter an additional form of payment. If the Gift Certificate balance is greater than the order total, the order total will be deducted from the Gift Certificate, and the remainder will be available for future orders.

Does High Gloss offer Gift Wrapping?
Gift wrapping services can be selected during checkout for an additional fee of $3.00 per item.
